~SF Chef: I am having ads dropped into my e mail with no way to label them spam. Google says if dismiss them they will not return but that is a lie. There is no wya to report this problem to Google so I am calling every advertiser and telling them that I will never do business with them if they continue to advertise with Google in this fashion. Google wake up! I am leaving for another service. I hope you go out of business. Soon.

~SF Chef: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~SF Chef: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~SF Chef: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google customers?
~SF Chef: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
