~Afroso: I bought google voice credit to make international calls. Over the last couple of weeks, whenever I make calls, after the first few exchanges. Whatever the other party says to me enters into a kind of loop, and no matter what I say following, all I hear is the same response repeated to me. This has happened in some ** calls over several days, and believing that this would not happen on a google server, I had always blamed it on the other party's reception. This afternoon when the same thing happened in a call, the other party who obviously, must have been experiencing the same thing, called off then dialed my number. I pick the call and we had a decent conversation. This naturally indicated to me that the problem must have originated from the google server. When, I called google to discuss the issue, it turned out that the computer giant has no office that offers neither a technical*customer service solution, nor an email address that handles support issues. GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Google. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Google problem?
~Afroso: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Afroso: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Afroso: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google customers?
~Afroso: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
