~carmenza13: I have been trying to talk to a tech. I've not receiving any phone codes. I want to cancel it. I cannot access my acct. thanks to those stupids codes that never has been sent. **I called the free *, the tech, access my comp. it's clear he has no idea how to remove the codes, he asked me to call the other number, I've calling and calling, sometimes I received a messages " you have reached tech support, thank you and bye bye. I have been trying and never a tech comes. Google you are the worst services in regarding tech support. I will be reporting to FTC, BBB and Department of consumer.

~carmenza13: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~carmenza13: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~carmenza13: For that I would say five out of five.

~carmenza13: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
