~WTFsHappening : The only service if you can loosely use that term is referral. They are so arrogant they feel they've covered problems issues and senerios in whole or in part adiquitly across the board they need not have tech or customer support? WTF? They've taken Google Voice and forced it into my cell and there are no settings to seperate it nor am I able to retrieve the past * years of texting voice nails calls etc I need for family court for my children... Google has gotten far to ahead if it's self and its come down to take what we give you the way we give it or get nothing. Also when you tale it we are data mining your entire life and all you do while we do the same with others and it'll be slow to start but within ** months of your first "I Agree" click we will have your file and be able to track all you've ever done in ways that publicly they're not gone into because we sell this information to better your life for you so we"'ll be taking your variety to minimal and tell you what you want nee

~WTFsHappening : I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~WTFsHappening : I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~WTFsHappening : For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google customers?
~WTFsHappening : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
