~gthom6110: ** minutes, only because there was no option for forever. There seems to be no such thing as google support. I did reach a human about * months ago, but the problem addressed has not been rectified. Google does not want to be bothered with your problems. All google want is for you to shut your mouth while they continue to invade every aspect of your privacy. Google does not want to admit to any mistakes, and you might as well get used to their arrogant ways. It does not matter to google if you were foolish enough to trust them with your email account. Google does not care if you have problems due to their snooping. So, just shut up and take it.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Google. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Google problem?
~gthom6110: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~gthom6110: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~gthom6110: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google customers?
~gthom6110: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
