~Anonymous: I'm actually still on hold. Estimated time initially given was ** min. I'm in need of assistance at my place of employment and my work day is almost over. I guess I'll have to call back on Tuesday and wait for another hour or more. Thanks for the help!

~Anonymous: For that I would say one out of five.

~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
