~cantaccessmyaccount: kept giving me the same options over and over when ever i would push the option i would need, then it would give me a website to go to. so i stayed on the line and pushed the option button again, and it just kept giving me all the options. until it said thank you and good bye. The computer generated thing hung up on me!! why is it that you can only talk to a person, if you go through problems with your account, and leave your number for them to call you? I've done that * times. I have been asked the same exact questions all * times, which are the same questions asked on the form, and still get nowhere. How do even know that I'm talking to someone from google???

~cantaccessmyaccount: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cantaccessmyaccount: For that I would say one out of five.

~cantaccessmyaccount: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
