~Maria: no one ever picked up the phone. When the onsite page prompted me to ask questions online instead, I jumped to it thinking that may be a solution. But it said they will charge you $** to talk to an expert.*Is Google that big a corporation that they don't care about their customers now?*Seems like they outsourced it so they don't have to deal with the problems. What a shame. Charging your customers for problems that google online cannot help is outright highway robbery.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Google. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Google problem?
~Maria: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Maria: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Maria: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google customers?
~Maria: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
