~TYLA1307: I called this ridiculous company on june **th to report my card missing. After being told they could not issue me another card(because my verified information didn't match) they stated they would send me a refund of my remainder balance(which was *,*** BUCKS!)and I should receive my check within ** business days (load of ****!) I called back SEVERAL times only to be told "your check should arrive tomorrow" which it never did. Finally on July **th I called this company back for them to "cancel" the check that they had "supposedly" sent and for them to issue me another one. I was told again it would be ** business days. I called back on Aug *th and was told the check was sent and sometimes it takes up to ** business days. UMMMMMMM......HELLO?!?!?!?! In my eyes it's going to take YEARS because they never sent the ****!!! I'm going to keep calling these incompetent people until I receive the money the I WORKED FOR....NOT THEM...BUT ME! I think these people think they can just embezzle mone
