GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Green Dot customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~dizzydae: I purchased a greendot card from rite aid which was and still is running a promotion for a free card w* **.** minimum on the card. I checked my balance and found out they still charged me. After ** minutes of back and forth with greendot customer service and rite aid. I got * different stories. Greendot said it was a promotion for employees, and I'm not a VIP member. Rite Aid says that there are no requirements but the **.** load minimum. The package said nothing about being a VIP member or employee promotion. So, I'm guessing green dot are liars and they are misleading people to buy these cards. I am going to call management (GREENDOT)and I am going to get these fees waived because they are misleading people with this promotion. Do not use greendot, they are dishonest and all the fees are not worth it.
