~FreddyK: After being on hold for ** minutes i got connected to a supervisor. told them i was calling about my card not working after a made a call the previous day to be told that a dusput was filed (told them not to file it)and so my account was put on hold until my new card arrived. constantly trying to pt words in my mouth. was told there was no way to release my account. and was try to sound sympathetic but cam across as very unsympathetic and uncaring. there was consent noise in the background and a baby or someone crying in the background. i did not mind the quick direct anser but her attatude and noise made it hard to stay on the line.

~FreddyK: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~FreddyK: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Green Dot's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~FreddyK: For that I would say two out of five.

~FreddyK: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Green Dot to know who you are.
