~kankantx: Knowing that my card was about to expire I reviewed the website and then contacted Green Dot CS. First all the calls, always rollover to a NON U.S. Site. Secondly * times I was told my card was mailed but still today have not received. A couple of days ago, my *th call, they said they would resend the card via fed ex and waive fee. To call back with tracking number. I did so today, and wouldn't you know, no NOTES on my account about the fed ex. I'm definitely ending my relationship with GREEN DOT!

GetHuman: And what about Green Dot's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kankantx: For that I would say one out of five.
