~cherylrscruggs: I was supposed to receive a callback about my claim no one ever called me back, and when I called Green Dot said they called back but couldn't give me my callback number. I asked for a supervisor and the rep stated that there wasn't one available. I think they are a rip off!! I emailed and faxed in a copy of my receipt, front and back copy of money pak. I lost $***.** on a money pak that had no money on it!! I did EVERYTHING Green Dot asked me to and still no response!!

~cherylrscruggs: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cherylrscruggs: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Green Dot's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cherylrscruggs: For that I would say three out of five.
