~Greg: It took ** seconds to explain the purpose of my call. I was then asked questions that had already been answered if she would have listened to what I had already said. Completely stuck to the call center scripted replies. Lied about what they could have done to resolve my problem, refused to send me up the chain to a CSM. I'm closing my account with them.

~Greg: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about Green Dot's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Greg: For that I would say three out of five.
