~Angry Customer: Every single time I have gotten a ticket from this company, my experience has been awful. Delays, horrible customer service, and barely accessible. This is a company out to steal your cash. They have no interest in actually being servicable. A true disgrace. Frankly, they are a bunch of selfish pricks. I feel used by Greyhound* I have never once felt that this company saw me as a customer worth helping. This has been the last straw. I will never ever buy a ticket from this company ever again.

~Angry Customer: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Angry Customer: For that I would say five out of five.
