GetHuman-11813: Hello my name is Shareena Weston & this would be my second time using greyhound today on April **,****. My first time riding greyhound was amazing! I had a enthusiastic driver named Tiffany that made me feel comfortable*safe the whole time she drove and she stated everything including when and where we would stop and was very well mannered. Today heading back from Atlanta to New Jersey has been horrific. The agent at the ticket desk in Atlanta sent me to the wrong gate where I nearly missed my bus struggling with all my luggage. My bus driver Anthony Oliver never stated his name to anyone on the loudspeaker,he came onto me inappropriately and told me sit up front with him,he stopped whenever he felt like and stayed on break ** minutes longer than he told us talking on the phone with his wife which his boss at Charlotte informed me. Anthony made a wrong turn and got lost and we ended being late to the terminal in Richmond,Virginia where we were suppose to board another bus for *:** am
