~Yvette: Yes I can. It was afternoon, on October 30th.

~Yvette: The website allowed me to book my dad's ticket leaving PA to NM with him leaving from a location where there wasn't a station! Long story short --He had to get a ride to Pittsburgh (an hr away) after multiple phone calls and canceling the original ticket which was invalid (*-** days for a refund) and I had to purchase a NEW ticket! OH! and I was suppose to be happy that they were even issusing a refund since it was a non-refundable ticket. I said non-refundable from a non-existant station?!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Greyhound. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Greyhound problem?
~Yvette: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Yvette: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Greyhound's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Yvette: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Greyhound customers?
~Yvette: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Greyhound to know who you are.
