GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Greyhound customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Paul: Was told to call ***-***-**** to solve my problem. That phone * told me call ***-***-****. Called and was told go to nearest Greyhound station. Went to nearest Greyhound station and told to call ***-***-**** and the process started all over again. Never got any help, and when I did get a live person on the phone I had to let the phone ring about ** times and was then put on hold for ** minutes by a man who sounded intoxicated and then after ** minutes my phone call was disconnected. Worst customer service I've ever had in my life.

~Paul: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Paul: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Greyhound's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Paul: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Greyhound customers?
~Paul: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Greyhound to know who you are.
