GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-marsoup: i was demanded to exit the bus after I ask for the driver for his name so I could call greyhound customer service and hear from them as to where I am supposed to sit with my service animal, (I was instructed in December to sit in one of the * front handicap seats.) , that's when they said oh you have to sit in the middle of us because I have allergies allergies to the dogs- MY STORY IS BACKWARDS SO START AT THE BOTTOM AND THEN GO TO THE TOP..

GetHuman-marsoup: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-marsoup: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Greyhound's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-marsoup: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Greyhound customers?
GetHuman-marsoup: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Greyhound to know who you are.
