~emarks: I'm pissed off to begin with but to be on hold for over **min first thing in the morning is just crazy to me. All I want to know is why I have to pay ** dollars to purchase a ticket for my cousin to come and visit me. What service is Greyhound providing for that amount of money. Just brings me back to why I switched to amtrak over **years ago! It's extremely frustrating and all I would like to know is why. I'd you provide an *** number for your customers to reach you, then I should be able to reach you. Why waste my time and just further aggravate me. Take that ** dollars and hire more phone representatives, right?
