GetHuman-186477: Bus was * hour ** min late, I was sposed to catch another bus in the next city at * I did not arrive till *** because of this. Do I missed my next three buses afterwords, I was told to wait for the next bus and they would let me on.... It's not for another * hours!!!!!! What do they expect me to sit In some strange city by myself with nothing to do for * hours?!?!?!? And this is my fault hour??? Customer service said I quote "that's not my problem you can take the next bus if you like but I can't do anything for you" what kinda service is that?!? These people better be getting paid in nickels and dimes!
