~anne: ** in the queue means NOTHING but you have a twenty minute wait only to be put on hold again.*This is my third attempt to replace my Grohe Bridgeford handle that broke right off at the base. I've dealt with ** months of "it's on backorder" and struggling to use a handleless faucet. They offered to send me a silver one * months ago (our's is oil rubbed bronze and it requires disassembling the whole faucet to temporarily replace it) It's a $**** faucet. I was repeatedly put on hold for prolonged periods of time, only to be told "it's on backorder and the factory says it's due in next week". Manager Deedra told me she would check into it and give me a call back (that was yesterday and still no call) Obviously there must be a widespread problem with this faucet if parts aren't available for over * months*******.DON'T BUY GROHE!
