~2nd time a charm : I called the ***-***-**** first and hung up on or "disconnected" after the female cs rep ask whether I wanted my refund on Groupon credit or my credit card. As soon as i said my cc the called ended! lol smh That wait time was less then * min. *The second call is when the job got done but i waited ** mins and explained what happened with the last call. He quickly assisted my refund and tbc...OH! My refund was for $***.
