GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Groupon customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-341138: I'm always ordering stuff but this will be the last time. This is not the first time I have had problems but thought that I would give group on another chance stupid me. Still waiting for my procuct since the *rd and never did get an e-mail to inform me that the item is back ordered. Now I have to wait and I can't even cancel till I receive my item in which I would have to wait another *-** business days for my account to be credited. I was also informed if I don't receive it by the **th to call them back in which that is * more days... To have to wait another ** more days to get credited and that's a maybe. I was better off just going to dicks or any other sports store than to try and save a couple of bucks for this headache.
