GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-speedyg: My family and I decided to purchase a groupon for canvases, because we wanted to take advantage of the deal providing a discount if a deal is shared with two or more friends. I purchased a groupon first, and then my two brothers created accounts to purchase theirs. My brother Noah was able to complete his purchase, but no matter how many times my other brother Jonah tried to pay for his deal, it wouldn't accept it. This messed everything up, because now Noah and I will not get the extra discount.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Groupon. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Groupon problem?
GetHuman-speedyg: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-speedyg: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Groupon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-speedyg: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Groupon customers?
GetHuman-speedyg: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Groupon to know who you are.
