GetHuman-kzcoach: SOMEONE HACKED INTO MY ACCOUNT AND MADE A PURCHASE...I HAVE TRIED FOR * DAYS TO GET GROUPON ON THE PHONE TO DISCUSS. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I SUPPLIED MY NUMBER FOR A CALL BACK, AND NO CALL BACK. WHEN I CALLED THE PA FACILITY SHE HUNG UP ON ME. ON EMAIL, THEY ARE ASKING FOR ALL OF MY CREDIT CARD INFO!!!! SERIOUSLY??? THAT IS WHAT SOMEONE JUST STOLE FROM ME THROUGH YOUR SITE!!! A FRICKING PHONE CALL IS TOO MUCH TO ASK? I JUST PULLED MY PREVIOUS PURCHASES OFF THE SITE AND WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND TURN OFF ALL NOTICES - IT HAS NOT ONLY LOST IT'S VALUE, BUT THE COMPANY HAS LOST ANY TRUST. BAD GROUPON :(**WHY IS THIS REVIEW HIDDEN? I BELIEVE I PROVIDED LOTS OF VERY SPECIFIC DETAIL.
