~tooman: There can't be a worst way to do business. How this company stays in business I'll never know. Inferior products, they look as if they were made in someones basement. Never again.

~tooman: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~tooman: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~tooman: For that I would say three out of five.
