~angryguy: They did not solve my problem whatsoever. It has been over two weeks. I bought a groupon and the company didn't provide the service. When I contact groupon for a refund they took * days to respond. They respond late at night from India telling me they are trying to get in contact with the business but cant. Obviously! The business is closed at *AM! I tried to ask them to escalate the issue and have someone in my time zone fix it. They have not responded and its been three days.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Groupon. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Groupon problem?
~angryguy: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~angryguy: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Groupon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~angryguy: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Groupon customers?
~angryguy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Groupon to know who you are.
