~Not happy customer: When I called I was shocked to hear the wait was **-** minutes!!! I work for a very service organization and we would NEVER treat our members like that!!! It took me * days to get to talk to someone!!! First day, I actually thought they were kidding, so I waited from *:** until they disconnected me, they had closed at *pm!!! Second day, I took the call back option, they called me back after * hours, I missed the call. Third day, I waited ** minutes to then get disconnected again! Then took the call back number option, they called me back and Finally was able to talk to a customer service rep!! OMG!! All of this for her to tell me their system made a mistake that is why I could return my item online!!! What a mess! I hope no one has to EVER have to call them!!!

~Not happy customer: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Not happy customer: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Groupon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Not happy customer: For that I would say three out of five.

~Not happy customer: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Groupon to know who you are.
