GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-margnaha: I purchased Olympia Aerolite * Piece Ultra Lightweight Hardcase Spinner Set: Olive* order number ****-******-******* however, you sent me wrong Item. Customer service sent me return label, but the box is to heavy for me (** year old) to carry it back to postal office in order to get replacement. I have been told that the analyst should contact me to resolve the issue. However, nobody contacted me. IT IS EMBARRASSING!!! I am leaving to my vocation in few days, but got in trouble because of your mistake. I tray to contact to the customer service again but unsuccessful. I anticipate that the famous company like Groupon will solve my problem as soon as possible.

GetHuman-margnaha: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Groupon to know who you are.
