GetHuman-312890: I called and was informed there was a new promotion. It asked if I was ** or older press * for yes and pound for for no. then asks if you are interested in a $***.** voucher from local retailers for $*.**. If not interested it tells you to stay on the line. after waiting it tells you, you are not eligible for any of these programs then tells you to hang up twice then starts making this horrible screeching sound in the phone. I tried the number twice with the same result. It also gave the option to call ***-***-**** but this is a promotional number for dish network... I only want o know about my dental coverage and this is very unprofessional.
