GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's H&R Block customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~madjax19: I have gone to H and R Block for over ** years. This will be my last year unless I hear it changes. I have always felt the fees where a little steep, but I paid them, I had options to get my return fast, and I could call and find out where it was in route. This year I paid $***.** for your fee. I was told I would have it by the **th. All paperwork SAYS *-** days. I was NOT told that. If I check on it, I am told the IRS accepted my return and it will be *-** days. I do NOT see the value of me giving you $***.** at all. I think Amscot will take care of me next year. Again over ** years!

~madjax19: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~madjax19: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~madjax19: For that I would say four out of five.

~madjax19: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for H&R Block to know who you are.
