~Carolyn Jackson: I have used H&R Block for ** years with no problems until this year. H&R Block software would not transfer Indiana state taxes due to transmittion error. I have spoke to multiple people with H&R block and for the most part each and everyone one of them were of no help at all. I was told to have the H&R Block office do a double check, which is what they advertise on TV, I drop off my paperwork at the location that is near my home and was told it would be a couple of days. It is now going on * weeks and I call to check status and that location is now closed and my paperwork was moved to a location that is on the other side of town, way out of my way. I telephone to see if my paperwork is ready for pickup and was told I could pick it up but nothing has been done to it. You should not advertise a free double check it you know that you have no intention of checking it.*I will NEVER use H&R block again. I do taxes for about ** people using your software, no more I will pay the higher

~Carolyn Jackson: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Carolyn Jackson: For that I would say five out of five.

~Carolyn Jackson: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for H&R Block to know who you are.
