~ea cuts: I went in to do my taxes at the H&R Block in Tucson, Az on broadway and pantano. I met with micheal and he seemed to be new but on the H&R block web site it said he has * years of experience. He just read of all the questions from the screen and when ever I asked a question he had to look it up because he did not know the answeres. When it was all said in done the cost was $***.**. I have never felt so ripped off in my life. I wish I had just done gone the Turbotax way. I will never go to H&R Block again.

~ea cuts: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ea cuts: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ea cuts: For that I would say two out of five.

~ea cuts: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for H&R Block to know who you are.
