~Doug: I wish they would have more information about "Financial Institutions, so you do not check not, then find out later you needed to check yes so you can import data from your Stock Broker accounts.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting H&R Block. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a H&R Block problem?
~Doug: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Doug: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Doug: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other H&R Block customers?
