~AO: My name is Alexis, and I have been doing my taxes with your website for the past * years. I recently completed my tax return online, however instead of efiling, as I normally choose, I accidentally chose to print and send my return myself. The lack of help I received from this point on was horrible. I have called technical support,(had me on hold for **mins until I decided to hang up) a corporate number that was listed that does not even belong to your company, as well as a location located ** W Hwy *** ste *** Stockbridge, GA *****. The supervisor at this location was incredibly rude and disprespectful, telling me she couldn't help me, even if I came inside the store and I would have to call the numbers I previously called and wait until they answered the phone. When I asked for a number to reach a higher level of management, she told me that one did not exist. I have NEVER experienced the level of disrespect and lack of help from a service I paid for as I have recently with your com

~AO: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~AO: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~AO: For that I would say one out of five.

~AO: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for H&R Block to know who you are.
