~msmagcar: Today I completed my **** tax returns at my local H&R Block office.. I asked my tax professional for a discount on the total cost of my tax preparation. Although very professional, he simply ignored my request. I am very disappointed in the fact that there are NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY DISCOUNT offered. You see this is my **th year in a row filing my taxes with H R BLOCK. My total return was calculated at $***.**. The total price for the preparation was about $***.**, which is MORE than what I will eventually receive. As I added my **** tax envelope to my files (yes I have ALL my H R Block tax returns since ****) I felt disheartened with the lack of customer loyalty from H R Block. Every year I have family members try to persuade me to use someone else for tax preparation. After being dismissed when requesting a discount I think ** years is enough time to prove my loyalty where I should be able to ask and RECEIVE a decent discount. ***-***-****. GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~msmagcar: For that I would say one out of five.
