~Candie: We had a appointment with a location in Bowling Green, ky...at the time of our appointment the lady we had the appt with just walked out of the office and said she would be back...she never returned....we were already upset with her cause she called and canceled our appt from the day before...we only had a certain amount of time to do our taxes thats why we made a appt...she had no reason to just walk out of the office when she had * clients waiting for her...what is the deal with this...we are very upset and will probably never return to H$R Block....
