~CHRISTI830 : I was put on hold to speak to someone from hr block and no one ever helped me I was on hold for over ** minutes and when I finally hung up and called back was told no one in that debt was even there... They are so unprofessional... Not one person helped me with my questions I had about my taxes I did online with hr block and I believe hr block stole my money.....

~CHRISTI830 : I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~CHRISTI830 : For that I would say two out of five.
