~Never_again: I had an agent in Fargo named Jean and she was terrible. We are a young family with little money. When she saw what she made she said "How do you make rent? Friends and family??" No, we save everything and never buy anything new. She would laugh at us in a very snide way if we didn't know the answer to a question and would cut us off when we would try to explain anything to her. She treated us like young stupid kids. We had our small child with us, and before we left she said that we needed to leave him home next time. I would have understood if he had been disruptive but he sat on my lap playing with a book the ENTIRE time, and when he did start to get bored I would go walk around while she talked to my husband. She was just so unnecessarily rude and impatient that we canceled our follow up appointment and went to get our taxes done else ware. There was no way I was going to give her the $*** she was charging us (and told us we couldn't afford anyway.) Ugh, talk about rude.

~Never_again: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Never_again: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Never_again: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other H&R Block customers?
~Never_again: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for H&R Block to know who you are.
