~Linda: After reading many reviews about H*O, I was very concerned about making the switch. My husband almost talked me out of it. But I am very happy that I have gone with H*O. I was terrified about the possibility of losing my number which I have had for almost ** years. They actually moved my number while I was on the phone with them in the activation process. Getting the data set up was very easy, even for a person who is NOT cell-phone-smart. The luxury of having the features offered by H*O at the price I am paying makes me very happy.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting H2O Wireless. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a H2O Wireless problem?
~Linda: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Linda: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H2O Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Linda: For that I would say five out of five.
