~LMMAgb: Effective September **, ****, H*O Wireless' LIVE CHAT Applet(https:**www.h*owirelessnow.com*contactUs) was *excellent* in helping me get the PUK* Code for my Samsung SGH-A***(now irretrv'ly. lost--and thus replaced twice--with a not-yet-network-connected newly-overhauled SGH-A*** this past Feb. *, and earlier with a 'stopgap' SGH-A***V that's served me well--since Dec. **). Unlike LIVE CHAT, my direct calls to customer-service(*-***-***-****) to *promptly* get help with settings and other issues for those or *any* other mobile phones have repeatedly proved fruitless--of more than seven fruitless calls, all save three that resulted i entry into 'well-run loops' of automated-answering-and-query-re-routing-service prompts and 'phone-*call-*trees'* and the balance that led to apparently *Asian* Indian non-native speakers of English who had only somewhat-drastically-less trouble understanding me than I did them. Today, however,*all* means of getting in touch with them have proven themselv
