~rcsloan: I am a host family for an exchange student. On ** Sept. I tried to ad minutes to our students phone by your telephone service. Toward the end of the transaction I was transfered to customer service where I talked to a customer service agent. They told me the transaction was denied and they would be glad to help. I was assured my card would not be double charged. Later that day I checked my card statement. H*O had billed twice. I called them and they said only one charge had been applied. at that time I spoke to a supervisor and she said if two charges showed up call her back and she gave me her extension and name Today * Oct. I called back to talk to her and the cust. svc. rep would not transfere me.and told me a long process that I would have to go through for reimbersment. And as usual I could barely understand her. Guess I'll call my card company.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting H2O Wireless. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a H2O Wireless problem?
~rcsloan: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~rcsloan: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H2O Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~rcsloan: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other H2O Wireless customers?
~rcsloan: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for H2O Wireless to know who you are.
