GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's H2O Wireless customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Frustrated: I purchased a $**.** plan and only got phone service on **-**-**. Called customer service and they responded that tech was going to call me back. After me calling them every day, I was able to get my phone to work email and text o. *-***-**. The tech that configured my phone and I discussed not getting the service that I paid for. He suggested calling customer service and discussing a refund or adding time to my phone. After* attempts and about * hours of waiting, there is no supervisor or floor manager at the call centers. I talked to Eric in New Jersey, Stephanie in Texas and a woman that would not identify herself in Atlanta. The final result is that they have my money and I am stuck with not getting what I paid for. Everybody I talk to has a foreign accent and are very hard to communicate with. I think this is intensional to steal your money. My H** phone number is ***-***-****. My email is *****@***.com. This is the sorriest excuse for customer service. Give them your
