GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's H2O Wireless customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~John: It has been the worst experience ever to deal with such incompetent, unprofessional, and to simply put it illiterate customer service representatives. I just wonder if the company has ever done any quality control check on its services provided by it representatives. It's simply annoying to talk to them. They don't understand you. They couldn't get my number transferred from my old service provider to their company in * days. The wait time and the conversation that I had with these folks were my nightmare. Please, don't waste your time and resources by seeking out services from this incumbent service provider
