~Sandy Williamson: My experience with H** Has been HORRIBLE!!!! The Person who helped me yesterday. Tuesday ******* Was very INEXPERIENCE!! I was there for hours!!It Was Obvious That He Didn't know what he was doing to transfer my Account from At&t to H**!! He was a very SWEET person!! But,Apparately!! He was A New Employee !! But,not Trained Properly in his job!! I do Not Blame him for his Inexperience!! There was only one other person there! A woman that obviously was not happy with being there! I think she was just stressed out from having to Assist Custometrs coming in and out ND ANSWERING THE YOUNG MAN'S MANY qUESTIONS! sHE APPEARED UNFRIENDLY AT TIMES! I ASSUME SHE WAS LIKE I STATED stressed OUT!!I AM SO disappointed wITH MY h** sERVICE I RECIEVED!! I AM a VItim of a brutal assault AND didn't fEEL wELL!! I HAD tO sTAY there AND aROUND THE AREA FOR oVER * hOURS AND STILL MY sERVICES WASN'T WORKING WHEN I FINALLY LEFT THE STORE! I FOUND OUT FROM YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT aLLEN THAT MY INFORMATION O

~Sandy Williamson: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H2O Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sandy Williamson: For that I would say four out of five.
