~Byron Gates Jr: First off they only hire hispanics very difficult to understand them. I had H*o service since ****. Service was ok till * months ago my sim card went south. They refused to do anything about it, ate * months of payments with NO service, said they were going to send a new sim card, never did and won't even consider a refund. Stay as far away from these people as you can get. Company is owned by ATT.

~Byron Gates Jr: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Byron Gates Jr: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H2O Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Byron Gates Jr: For that I would say five out of five.
