~Wayne_Z: Yeah. It was middle of the night, on November 20th.

~Wayne_Z: I was able to get through and the customer service representative was polite. However, I'm not sure just how much influence they have over the administration as the issue at hand was with my "automatic recharge" (Note: the credit info is correct and available and there is no real reason for this not to work. I even checked with my bank). At this point I'm still waiting just to be sure their problem is resolved.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting H2O Wireless. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a H2O Wireless problem?
~Wayne_Z: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Wayne_Z: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H2O Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Wayne_Z: For that I would say three out of five.

~Wayne_Z: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for H2O Wireless to know who you are.
