GetHuman-pjlocke: The program keep going in and out. Stopping to retrieve the continually. It is annoying.

GetHuman-pjlocke: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HBO MAX's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
