~spaceyshady: I have had an extremely frustrating experience with HBO's shop - customer service this holiday season. They cancelled my order, which I placed again. Only to have them reinstate my cancelled order and ship the same products I had already reordered. I got no apology, and I was told if I didnt want the now reinstated order that I would have to ship it back to them. After all the time I spent trying to make sure I was going to receive my merchandise before X-mas arrives I was at my wits end with the service HBO Shop provides. Which is a shame because I love some their shows. And got no love from their customer service people.
